Our sofa is a spacecraft

Edwin has been reading Moonshot and so has been thinking about the Apollo mission.  Since there are three brothers and were three astronauts, it seemed like a good fit to him, so they boys have been going on trips to "fake Moon" as Edwin declares.  Indeed, they arrived late to dinner last night because we had to wait for splashdown...

Anyhow, the spacecraft (sofa) has a complete set of controls:

Based on our read of Edwin's handwriting:

• Ignition sequenc: START/STOP
• Stage knockoff
• A knob STOP through FASTEST
• Rocket ON/OFF
• A rocket direction knob
• A PILOT/AUTOPILOT selector
• A fuel gauge

As the astronauts were not all oriented in the same way during launch, one of the boys usually hangs upside down with his head off the end of the sofa -- usually Zachary.

Edwin's kids

Edwin says he'll have 3 kids.  He's got two sets of names picked out...

3. Skype test call

or...

1. Ash
2. Bash
3. Ferdinash

and at some point in the past (pre-Theodore) had said that his name was "Jang-galang Sambatu" and his mother's name was "Kang-galang".
