Well, at his 18 month appointment last month, Ellyn said he should theoretically have about 10 words.  She said he could just be slower or it could be a problem, but it's not her area of expertise, so she didn't know. She gave us a phone number to call about it.  We decided to wait a bit on it.  The women at daycare said they were sure he was fine and so did Michael's mom (a former daycare provider). 

Well, he's got lots of words now!!!
