Where did Edwin's photo go?  Oh well.  It will come back.  That's what happens when you use a free service!  :)  But this is pretty good for free!  Yesterday, it was super hot, so Edwin and I bounced around between air-conditioned locations downtown.  Then, when Michael got home, we went out to eat with our good friend Robyn.  Edwin is sick of being dragged around.  Poor guy.  He didn't know that sitting around at home would be miserable.  All he knew was that mommy and daddy wouldn't take him home.  When he gets mad like that, he just wants to sleep, but it's often hard to sleep when there is too much audio stimuli.  He won't make eye contact with you when he's mad, either.  This kid's expressions can be really subtle, but he communicates so much!  Strangely, it makes me feel his needs are even more urgent than his requests, because he's so much like his daddy in that respect.  I know Michael is *SO* understated!  He could be dying of thirst and I'd ask him if he needed anything, and he'd say, 'Oh, I'm fine.  Maybe some water might be nice.'  Edwin seems to be the same way, except when he decides to cry.  He cries for diapers sometimes, although I can't figure out why some diapers are *urgent* and others are completely fine by him.  He has cried when hungry, but usually it doesn't get to that point, and he cries sometimes when he's exhausted and can't sleep because we've gone out (to find air-conditioning!).  But as far as babies go, I really expected him to cry alot more than this.  He even lets us sleep in as long as we want to, so long as he's been fed recently and his diaper is clean.
