So, on Friday when we were at the mall, I made sure to use the glass elevator and show Edwin how we were going up and down.  It seems that now he understands what elevators are about, whereas before he seemed confused by them.  We could be reading too much into it, but Michael noted to me today (without knowing I had showed Edwin the glass elevator) that he seemed to understand elevators now.  He got on the elevator at Michael's building, on the 6th floor (with Michael) and they followed it up to the 7th floor where it was going.  Edwin ran off (with Michael) and made a beeline for the server room!  Michael's comment: A man after my own heart!
