We have a lot of little funny things to report, and some of them are rather old. Some are inappropriate for the internet, or at least polite company.
Remember, we have a 3 year old who is potty training. He's basically trained. This summer roughly at the start of August, I started giving him a toy car each time he went #2 in the potty. This was because he was basically trained for #1, but when #2 was imminent, he'd have trouble with #1 as well, but we knew the issue was #2.
So, somehow, Michael's mom helped Theodore to bargain with us that if he made a big #2, he would qualify for not one but TWO cars! Yes. For real. This past week, he made a very big one and insisted that he qualified for two cars. When we said he didn't he tried to bargain down to a stretched limo.
About 2 weeks ago, Theodore was trying to tell Paula he was happy that she was visiting. But to him, what does this mean? How does a 3 year old state this? I mean, we might say, "I like when you stay over at our house" but this implies sleeping overnight and eating. This is what adults talk about. But Theodore, from the heart, with all earnestness, said to her "I like it when you come & use my potty!"
And today, he said to me "I made mud AND poopies!"
